  3. Fourier Transform
  4. Performs a Fast Fourier Transform (Radix-2) on the active window.  This FFT can be performed on either a 1D or 2D window.

  7. Performs an Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (Radix-2) on the active window.  This inverse FFT can be performed on either a 1D or 2D window.

  9. Row/Column FFT
  10. Performs a Fast Fourier Transform (Radix-2) on the active window.  This FFT is a form of a 1D FFT which can be on just rows or columns of a 2D data window.  This is useful for the production of SonaGrams.

  13. Performs an inverse Fast Fourier Transform (Radix-2) on the active window.  This inverse FFT is a form of a 1D FFT which can be on just rows or columns of a 2D data window.  This is useful for the production of SonaGrams.

  16. Performs a gradient of the active window or selection.  This gradient can be computed in either the X or Y direction.

  18. Configure Window‚Ķ
  19. Allows user to configure what kind of windowing function (Hamming, Hanning, Cosine, etc), radius of window, and type of window (band pass or reject).  Windowing can be performed through this dialog or the window type can be set and the window size can be drawn in a selected data window with the Fill Circle tool.  In order to use the Fill Circle tool as a windowing tool, there must be a ‚ÄúW‚Äù visible in the tool palette.  If an ‚ÄúF‚Äù is visible, click on the ‚ÄúF‚Äù and the ‚ÄúW‚Äù will appear.  The Rectangle Fill tool can also be used... See the manual for more details.

  21. Window Again
  22. Window Again allows the user to activate the last configured window on the selected data window.  If the ‚ÄúW‚Äù Fill Circle (or Rectangle) Tool was last used, that configuration is used as the last configured window.

  24. Configure Simple Filter‚Ķ
  25. Allows the user to configure user entered 3x3 or 5x5 convolution matrix.  These user configured filters will be stored in the settings file for later use.

  28. Select a filter from the list of filters.  The filtering will be performed on the active window or selection.

  31. Allows mask ROI selection using a linear or cosine mask.

  34. Allows you to fill missing numbers in an active window or selection.  Several different interpolations can be used.
